Movement is my favorite way to invest in my well-being. Daily exercise has been a major part of my routine, and since my family moved to Spokane, I have been working out every day in our garage. Since I started doing this, our whole family has started to join in workout time. This means that workout time is also quality time with my family.
Another way I find time for movement and family is by spending time in nature backpacking, skiing, and hiking outdoors. We also love taking trips to the coast to be by the ocean.
