Prioritizing sleep has been transformational for me. I am in a much better mood when working and interacting with my family. Sleep also boosts my focus for critical thinking tasks. The Microstep that helps me set myself up for a good night of sleep is removing my devices from the bedroom 30 minutes before I go to bed.
I also like to set up breaks on my calendar throughout the day. During my down time, I take my son to the park to get some fresh air. The thing that brings me the most joy is seeing my wife and son laugh at one of my corny jokes.
