Noatmeal

Believe it or not, this simple, warm breakfast has no oats in it!

INGREDIENTS

2 cups water

½ cup hemp seeds

½ cup almond flour

½ cup shredded coconut

¼ cup flaxseed meal

¼ cup chia seeds

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Dash of salt

Honey, to taste

Optional: Splash of milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the vanilla to a medium pan and stir to combine.
  2. Place over low heat. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 5-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the vanilla and optional splash of milk of choice.
  4. Serve warm.
