You have an opportunity to bring well-being into the daily workflow. And one of the most effective ways to do that is by making well-being part of your conversations.

This guide gives you specific language to start conversations with your people during the onboarding process and beyond. You may find these prompts useful during the Entry Interview, performance reviews, and regular one-on-ones or check-ins. If you're a manager, you can also use these prompts to support your team members’ Well-Being Plans. Once they’ve completed their plan, discuss it together and offer your support.
